No. Keep your existing listings. JustStay gives you a separate page to share with returning guests, on social media or through a QR code.
Paste an Airbnb or Booking.com property link to import accessible photos and details. Some listings block imports or provide incomplete information. You can add missing details and upload photos yourself. Always review before publishing.
Add the private iCal export link from Airbnb or Booking.com, then add your JustStay calendar back to that platform. Sync is periodic, not instant. It updates blocked dates, not prices or messages. Check your platform calendars before confirming a stay.
Yes. Add your WhatsApp, phone or email and choose a contact-only page. You can also enable booking requests if you want a more structured way to manage stays.
No. You arrange payment directly with the guest. If you use booking requests, you can share payment instructions and record payments you have checked yourself. JustStay does not process or verify bank payments.
